Mr. Dennis J. Cogan is with the firm of Dennis J. Cogan & Associates in Philadelphia. Mr. Cogan focuses his practice on criminal defense and civil rights. In criminal defense practice, Mr. Cogan handles cases at both the trial and appellate level and in state and federal court. In civil rights cases he concentrates his practice on wrongful prosecution.
